Biography :I am employed as a Research Fellow at University College London (UCL). My background includes research into the field of disaster risk reduction (DRR), community vulnerability and resilience, GIS and remote sensing, climate change adaptation, conflict and migration, and climate justice. I obtained a PhD in DRR from UCL, an MSc in Geospatial Technologies from Germany, Spain and Portugal; and a Bachelor of Urban and Regional Planning (BURP) degree from Bangladesh University of Engineering & Technology (BUET). Currently I am working with the Rohingya refugees and climate change-induced internal migrants in Bangladesh, and Tsunami affected communities in Indonesia.
