Notification to Include Name in the Final Voter List
Dear Planner,
We are happy to inform you that Bangladesh Institute of Planners (BIP) has initiated the process of election for its 16th Executive Board (2024-2025) and the election schedule has already been published.
As per the Election By-Laws 2023, Section 4.1.2, final voter list will include only the members who have cleared their all subscription fees up to the current year. Therefore, all the distinguished members of BIP requested to clear their subscription dues to BIP Secretariat in person or by bKash (01862267624) or through Online Payment by login to your membership profile in BIP Website latest by 28 September 2023.
Please note that this is the last date for clearing subscription dues to include one’s name into the final voter list of the upcoming election.
Again, as per the Election By-Laws 2023, Section 3.14D, Members only have verified profile in BIP Website will eligible for Online Voting. Therefore, members who are interested to cast Online Vote in the upcoming Election are also requested to complete their profile verification within 28 September 2023. After this timeline, no one can update or verify their profile in BIP Website.
