Dear Planner,

It is a pleasure to announce that Bangladesh Institute of Planners (BIP) is going to organize a Comprehensive Training on Private Residential Land Development Rule: Updates, Compliance, and Beyond on March 30, 2024 (10:30 am to 5:30 pm) at BIP Secretariat. This program is aimed at BIP Members, Enlisted Planners and interested professionals to get enlisted under the Rules for the Development Authorities.

The participants will gain insight into the Private Residential Land Development Rules, 2004 (Amended 2012, 2015) and their practical implications for housing projects in the real world from this training Workshop.

This is a mandatory Training Workshop for all the Enlisted Planners of the institute and applied members for enlistment under this Rule. Along with them all the other members of BIP are also welcome to register themselves for the same.

The course fee is BDT 1530/- (Taka: Fifteen Hundred Thirty) only for each participant (Subject to up-to-date clearance of Subscription Dues)

As Seats are limited (max 30), Participants will be registered on a first come first serve basis. Therefore, interested candidates are invited to complete their registration process by paying the Registration Fees through bKash Payment to 01862-267624 latest by March 28, 2024
