Notice of Deadline Extension: Circular for the Enlistment of Planners under “Private Residential Land Development Rules 2004 (Amended 2012 & 2015)”
Dear Planner,
This is to inform you that the deadline for the application for enlistment as a Professional Urban Planner under the ‘Private Residential Land Development Rules- 2004 (Amended 2012 & 2015)’ has been extended to 21 April 2024.
The Written Exam for the Enlistment Process will be held on 27 April 2024 at BIP Conference Hall. Applicants are required competency/knowledge to the following topics for the written exam:
- Layout Plan Preparation
- Site plan and Urban Design
- Design Population Density (Net & Gross)
- Flood Management
- PRLDR 2004 (Amended 2012 &2015)
- ECR 2023, (Environmental Conservation Rules 2023)
- IEE and EIA
- TIA
- BIP Professional Code of ethics
- Waterbody Conservation Act, 2000;
- Environmental Conservation Act, 1995 (Amended 2010)
- Real Estate Development and Management Act, 2010
- Master Plan
- Development Plan (Strategic and Local Plan)
Interested Planners are cordially requested to apply on or before 21 April 2024 as per the guidelines mentioned in the circular.
