Certificate Course on ‘Sustainable Urban Planning and Development for 21st Century’ organized by UN-Habitat and BIP

Dear Planner,

This is a pleasure to let you know that a Certificate Course on ‘Sustainable Urban Planning and Development for 21st Century’, jointly organized by Bangladesh Institute of Planners (BIP) and UN-Habitat will be held on 19 February 2018 (Monday) at 9.00 AM to 1.30 PM at BIP Conference Hall. The topics of the Short Course are following:

• Topic 1: Urban Spatial planning in SDGs and New Urban Agenda
• Topic 2: Sustainable Urban Planning Principles
• Case Studies: Projects based on 3-ProngedApproach
• Topic 3: Planning in Post-Conflict and Emergency Contexts
• Topic 4: Group Exercise and Discussions

Interested planners are cordially requested to register themselves for the Course. Deadline for Registration is 17 February 2018 (Saturday), 1:00 PM. Seats are limited here and selected candidates will get the opportunity to attend this course. Certificate will be jointly awarded by Bangladesh Institute of Planners (BIP) and UN-Habitat.
