Professional Training Workshop on Density Zoning and Building Construction process in DAP
Dear Planner,
It is a pleasure to announce that Bangladesh Institute of Planners (BIP) is going to organize a professional training/workshop program on Density zoning and Building construction process in DAP on August 19, 2023 (11:00 am to 4:00 pm) at BIP Secretariat.
Through this training workshop, the participants will have an orientation on the given objectives:
- Process of building construction in DAP (Planned area/ Scattered developed area)
- Concept of density zoning and relation with building construction in DAP area
- Calculation of Residential unit, MGC
- FAR calculation (Area based FAR, Road based FAR, Basic FAR, FAR benefit)
- Calculation of building height
- Transit Oriented Development, TDR and others
- Rules for KPI area
- Rules for Heritage Site
- Block based Development
All the members of BIP are invited to register themselves for the training workshop. The course fee is BDT 1225/- (Taka One Thousand Two Hundred and Twenty-five) only for each participant (Subject to up-to-date clearance of Subscription Dues).
